We are a business with rapid organic expansion, inclusive of the construction of new purpose-built care homes and the development of a central support team to assist with the operation and expansion of the organisation in the North of England.
Due to internal promotions after successfully executing our management succession plans, we are now looking for a Team Leader in a core service of our business.
The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that high quality care is provided by our nursing teams across our two services in Bamber Bridge; Brookhaven primarily and also support to The Hamptons. You will provide frontline leadership and clinical advice which support the nursing teams to deliver a wide range of recovery focussed, person-centred, strategies.
The role will have a combination of clinical as well as operational key responsibilities which will include activities such as line-management responsibilities, auditing, coaching, mentoring and training.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to sustain positive relationships with staff, service users and external key stakeholders.
Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year post qualified experience as an RMN and will have maintained a valid PIN. (The applicant must be able to demonstrate how they intend to provide enough relevant evidence to fulfil the requirement for Revalidation when their PIN is due for renewal at the next occasion). The applicant must have experience in people management and/ or supervisory experience
The role will include being part of the management on-call service.
