Location: Heathy House, Halifax, West Yorkshire
Salary: £12.20 per hour / £24,107.20 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 8am – 8pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Active Pathways Ltd is currently recruiting for compassionate Night Support Workers to join the dedicated team at Heathy House in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Our Ideal Support Worker Will:

• Have knowledge and understanding of Mental Health diagnoses, Learning Disabilities, and/or Autism.
• Appreciate the importance of person-centred care and promoting independence.
• Possess excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Desired Experience:

• Engaging with individuals and assisting with activities of daily living, social, recreational, and occupational activities, including supporting young people in the community.
• Working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Promoting positive practices in Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Mental Capacity within the service.
