JOB TITLE:              Senior Recovery Support Worker (Perm Night Shifts)

SALARY:                  £10.30 per hour

LOCATION:              Millcroft (Seacroft, Leeds)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Senior Recovery Support Worker who is passionate about making a genuine difference to the lives of people with complex mental health needs.

  • To provide support to Resident’s with daily living, formulating support plans and working within a person-centred Recovery Model.  
  • To promote Resident’s physical wellbeing through regular health checks, promoting healthy life choices and promoting social inclusion.
  • Communicating and building relationships with Resident’s, their family, support network and health and social care professionals.  
  • To support the management team in maintaining a high standard of support
  • To oversee to the running of shift by ensuring general housekeeping, administrative duties and accurate record keeping are completed in a timely manner.  
  • To support the Recovery Support Workers and to actively participate in team working and provide accurate and timely written or verbal reports/ individual clinical notes. 
  • To be committed to achieve high standards of safeguarding.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • NVQ or Care Certificate in Health & Social Care – Desirable
  • 1-year previous experience in a similar role – Desirable
