£11.12 per hour

Active Pathways are currently looking for a Peripatetic Senior Support Worker to work across our two sites within Seacroft Leeds. This is a brilliant opportunity to work within both a rehabilitation step down unit and in Supported Living service .

We are looking for a Peripatetic Senior Support Worker who is passionate about making a genuine difference to the lives of people with complex mental health needs. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Recover Worker who can be flexible as to the location and availability, working a variety of shifts to meet the needs of our services.

EXPERIENCE:

• NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care

• Experience working within a similar, mental health setting

• Have knowledge of current legislations

• Experience in managing and supporting teams

MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES:

• To provide support to Resident’s with daily living, following support plans and working within a person-centered Recovery Model  

• To support the management team in maintaining a high standard of support as well as regulatory and quality compliance

• To over see to the running of the service by ensuring general housekeeping, administrative duties and accurate record keeping are completed in a timely manner.  

• To support the Recovery Support Workers and to actively participate in team working and provide accurate and timely written or verbal reports/ individual clinical notes. 

• To be committed to achieve high standards of safeguarding.
