Active Pathways are currently recruiting for compassionate Bank Housekeeper to join The Hamptons and Brookhaven in Bamber Bridge, close to Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible. This is a ADHOC role paying £10.90 per hour.

We are looking for a dedicated housekeeper who wants to ensure that the health and safety of the staff and individuals we support are at the forefront of every decision made. We are looking for someone who has an exceptional eye for detail and a high standard when it comes to keeping the service clean as well as keeping to and adhering to guidelines and schedules.

Our ideal Bank Housekeeper will:

· To check all areas of the service are supplied with adequate housekeeping items and inform the Head Housekeeper of any shortages

· To ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard in compliance with specific cleaning guidelines and schedules and that they effectively meet the service needs

· To identity and report damages, faults, and other related issues to the Head Housekeeper and maintenance departments

Desired experience:

· Experience working within a similar environment

· Can build rapport with ease not only with the individuals but the wider team

· To have a clear understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH and Infection Control

The Hamptons provides a step down service for men who no longer require a secure or PICU environment and would benefit from a ‘Recovery Model’ approach.

Active Pathways currently have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist at a Band 7 level to join our mental health rehabilitation service within Leeds and Halifax. We are looking for a creative Occupational Therapist who has a passion for leading a team and improving the quality and care we deliver within the Yorkshire Services. The role can be either full or part time offering great flexibility to fit around you! We are offering a salary of up to £45,000 per annum depending on your experience. Within this role we can be flexible in terms of hours offering an outstanding work life balance.

We are looking for an OT who will provide highly effective leadership to the dedicated team throughout Yorkshire, this may also include supporting the team within Lancashire. Active Pathways are currently recruiting for compassionate Occupational Therapist to join Heathy House in HalifaxThis is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible. We can offer both full and part time hours for this role and a salary of between £28,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and hours.

You will be working within a supportive and growing OT team who run on hope, optimism, team spirit, and above all inspiration. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who can really think outside the box, improving quality and recovery of meaningful activities for the residents within your care. You will be joining Active Pathways at a pinnacle time, having the opportunity to grow and develop growing services and OT team. We are specifically looking for an individual with passion, drive and commitment to provide quality outcomes.

Our ideal Band 5 or 6 Occupational Therapist will:

· Experience of working within a mental health field

· Enthusiastic about providing the best possible service

· Organised, effective and efficient

· Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration on the HCPC

Desired experience:

· Seek opportunities to deliver interventions in the most socially and culturally appropriate venues, in ordinary settings, to promote the person’s participation in everyday community activities, employment opportunities, and social and leisure activities

· Experience of working in collaboration with individuals and their circle of support to undertake evidence based assessment and treatment

· Develop shared team roles in responding to individuals’ ongoing and changing mental health needs continually evaluating and monitoring risk factors

· In collaboration with the service user, plan, implement and modify where necessary individual and/or group interventions to promote their occupational performance
