Structured group turns daily living skills into recovery-focused practice.
Across Active Pathways services, Cooking on a Budget groups are helping residents turn everyday activity into structured therapy: menu planning, shopping with price comparisons, safe food prep and cooking for others. The approach builds executive functioning, social connection and confidence, while embedding positive risk-taking in a safe, supported setting. Staff use graded tasks and reflective reviews to link progress to personal goals.
