Brook House in Chorley offers an enhanced supported living environment designed for people with mental health needs, autism or learning disabilities. Each beautifully decorated apartment includes all the comforts and essentials like white goods. Residents are encouraged to personalise their space to reflect their identity and comfort.
24-hour on-site support is provided by staff who live on the premises, and are always available – whether for practical support or a friendly conversation – ensuring residents feel connected and supported around the clock.

Each individual has their own self-contained, one-bedroom apartment, fully furnished and ready to personalise, offering privacy, dignity and a true sense of home.
Therapeutic, person-centred planning
Support plans are co-produced with each individual we support and shaped around their strengths, needs and aspirations – with access to psychological and occupational therapy input where needed.
24/7 on-site support
Our on-site team is available day and night, offering consistent, responsive support with daily living, emotional wellbeing and emergencies.
Connected, compassionate community
With staff living on-site and communal spaces available, there is always someone to talk to – creating a friendly, informal atmosphere of trust and support.
