The Active Pathways team attended two award ceremony as finalists at Great British Care Awards regional finals and finalists at the National Care Awards, celebrating excellence and innovation across health and social care.
The events bring together professionals from across the region to recognise the people who deliver exceptional support, compassion and expertise in their work every day.
Active Pathways’ finalists reflected the dedication and teamwork that define our services – from our clinical and therapy teams, to activities, housekeeping and support staff.
The back-to-back recognition across both awards highlights the outstanding commitment of teams across the group to delivering specialist, person-centred care.
