Service Overview

The Hamptons provides a specialist therapeutic, recovery-focused in-patient care environment for men with complex mental health needs. Through close collaboration and person-led care, residents are actively involved in shaping their care planning and discharge pathways.

As part of Active Pathways’ step-up and step-down care model, The Hamptons helps reduce the need for hospital admissions by providing timely, therapeutic support in a safe and structured setting. The service also supports residents to transition from more intensive hospital care to community-based placements when ready.
