South Grove House offers tailored residential care and support for men aged 18+ with autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs.
Designed for people stepping down from hospital settings or stepping up from supported living or other residential care provision, the service promotes independence in a safe, empowering environment.
Facilities:
• 8-person service: 3 self-contained flats with private entrances and 5 en-suite bedrooms with shared communal spaces.
• Expansive garden and communal areas for recreation and skill-building.
We support:
• People with autism, mild learning disabilities, dual diagnosis.
• Those requiring step-down care from hospitals or support for conditional discharge.

• Integrated therapeutic model, including Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and Positive Behaviour Support.
