Katie Pilkington is Director of Operations at Active Pathways, responsible for operational performance, service development and quality assurance across the group. She has over 20 years’ experience in health and social care and has been with Active Pathways since 2008, progressing through senior roles including Registered Manager (The Hamptons and Brookhaven) and Assistant Director.
