Supportive, specialist care that helps people thrive in everyday life.

Our residential services with mental health nursing offer structured, therapeutic care for adults with complex mental health needs, who are stepping down from inpatient hospitals or secure settings. These services combine day-to-day support with 24/7 mental health nursing oversight to support stabilisation, recovery and long-term progression. Each person’s support is shaped around their strengths, needs and goals, blending clinical safety with personal empowerment.

Who we support

Our services are for men and women aged 18 and over who:

  • Are living with complex and enduring mental health needs
  • May have additional needs such as mild learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, or substance misuse
  • Are stepping down from inpatient hospitals, acute wards, or secure placements
  • May be under a Community Treatment Order, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, or informal status

We also support individuals at risk of placement breakdown in the community who would benefit from a period of therapeutic support and stabilisation.

Starting with a discharge in mind

Support is always focused on long-term outcomes. Our team works with each resident to understand their goals and create a plan that supports progress, confidence and community integration.
