Registered Mental Health Nurse (Day Shifts)

About the Role:
Active Pathways is recruiting compassionate Day Support Workers for our new service at South Grove House in Fulwood, Lancashire. This is an incredible opportunity to join our team and help individuals live as independently as possible.
Working 8am - 8pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
About South Grove House:
South Grove House is an 8-bed residential care home with 3 self-contained apartments and 5 en-suite rooms. Each apartment includes a kitchen, lounge, bedroom, and bathroom, with a private entrance. The main house offers shared amenities accessible to all residents.

- Experience working with autistic individuals and those with mental health conditions, including behaviours that challenge.
