A Collaborative Approach
Our collaborative approach doesn’t stop there. Everyone’s opinions are valued, and we have developed an environment focused around an open channel of communication. We engage both our team and service-users through our Champions Model, encouraging them to voice their opinions and ultimately shape our services. As well as this, we carry out regular surveys, team forums and even get our service-users to appraise us through our Step Up and Stand Out awards.
From encouraging individuals to strive for their own version of success, to cheering our team on in training, it’s crucial that we also instill this culture of continuous improvement to our services. The You Said We Did scheme allows our team to make requests, recommendations or raise concerns.

We practice what we preach, and we have the accreditation to prove it. The quality of care that we extend to our team as well as to those we support has led us to achieving a gold standard Investors in People (IIP) accreditation – something that isn’t widely found in the industry.

What’s the Process?
We keep things simple and fair. After a preliminary screening you may be asked to arrange a telephone interview after which successful candidates will be invited to a face-to-face interview. We follow a fair, values-based framework in our interviews to ensure we are giving everyone equal opportunities.
