We’re delighted to announce that we will soon be expanding our mental health rehabilitation services in the West Yorkshire region with our new 10-bed step-down residential facility opening for male service users in the area.
Located close to central Halifax, our newly refurbished purpose-built Heathy House has been developed as part of the complex rehabilitation pathway for the NHS Integrated Care System (ICS) for West Yorkshire. The facility will be our third in the area, following the success of Park Place and Millcroft in Leeds.
Set in picturesque countryside, Heathy House will provide residents with a modern and spacious living space, set over two floors. Heathy House comprises of four self-contained apartments and six well-appointed en-suite bedrooms for residents as well as a communal lounge, kitchen, activity space and dining space. We have worked closely on the interior design with award-winning specialist health care furnishing company Teal Health Care, a major provider to the NHS throughout the UK.
Heathy House is now accepting referrals and carrying out assessments, ready to welcome our first residents in early April, For enquiries please contact Lisa Mullineux at lisa.mullineux@active-pathways.com or 07742 602090
